This position supervises branch teller staff and oversees vault operations. The Head Teller is responsible for the daily supervision of teller staff, monitoring their performance in sales and customer service, and verifying the accuracy, quality, and quantity of their work. This role also involves managing the vault, responding to communications in a timely manner, training teller staff on products and procedures, and assisting local branch management with employee reviews. Additionally, the Head Teller is expected to perform at a high level in sales and consultative selling, motivate other employees, address customer inquiries, and assist with other retail departmental duties as needed.
