Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in a financial institution or teller role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to supervise and support a team effectively
Familiarity with financial systems and office equipment
Good credit standing (verified prior to interview)
Successful background check and drug screening upon offer

Responsibilities

Open and close the branch following security procedures
Supervise teller staff, including training, scheduling, and performance support
Provide accurate, courteous, and prompt service to members in person and by phone
Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and loan processing
Open and close accounts, IRAs, HSAs, Share Certificates, and ensure proper documentation
Process payments, deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and fraud/dispute paperwork
Balance cash drawer and maintain vault security
Support mobile deposit and coin counter transactions
Collaborate with branch management and attend required training sessions
