About The Position

This role serves as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head and acts as a chief of staff for the regional leadership team. The role is responsible for driving team engagement, managing the leadership team's collaboration agenda, supporting leadership decision-making, and leading performance management and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial, Strategy, Supply Chain, or related business functions.
Experience translating business or regional strategies into functional priorities and action plans.
Experience supporting senior leaders and working across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Experience leading performance management, governance, or portfolio management activities.
Strong communication skills, including development and delivery of executive-level presentations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Commercial organizations.
Experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) environment.
Experience supporting regional or global leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Align commercial targets with business and category strategies to support leadership decisions.
Manage the enterprise category, regional, or divisional project portfolio, facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure alignment with key objectives.
Drive the performance drumbeat by leading performance versus plan reviews across all value pillars.
Monitor progress, identify and escalate risks through the appropriate forums to ensure accountability.
Act as the capability owner for performance management, leading continuous improvement initiatives on the commercial performance roadmap to advance how the organization tracks and delivers value.
Serve as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head, driving team engagement and managing the collaboration agenda for the regional leadership team.
