About The Position

Join JFCAC Head Start as our next Partnership Team Supervisor and help strengthen the connection between childcare partners, families, and our agency. In this leadership role, you will oversee Family Coaches, collaborate with childcare programs, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Head Start regulations-directly impacting the success and well‑being of children and families in our community.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related field (Required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move easily in active environments
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree with 18+ ECE credits preferred
  • Experience in early childhood, social services, or working with low‑income families (Preferred)
  • Supervisory experience (Preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central link between JFCAC and our partner childcare centers-ensuring communication, compliance, and service quality remain strong and consistent.
  • Select, train, mentor, and evaluate Family Coaches.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and reflective supervision.
  • Review and approve timesheets & mileage.
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings and assign follow‑up tasks.
  • Support staff skill development through on‑the‑job mentoring.
  • Build strong communication with Childcare Directors, Principals, and JFCAC leadership.
  • Identify partnership needs and coordinate supports for families and children.
  • Report and follow up on safety concerns immediately.
  • Plan family events and committee meetings with partnership teams.
  • Maintain professional communication across all platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor contracts, inventories, and documentation.
  • Track licensing reports to ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations.
  • Support action plans, QI monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with Program Operations Coordinator on expenditures.
