Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required)
Ability to stand, stoop, squat, run, and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to accept short‑notice assignments
Basic computer skills (email, Word, internet use)
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
A positive, non‑judgmental attitude - and a genuine desire to help others

Nice To Haves

Experience in childcare, education, health, or working with low‑income families (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support teachers in classrooms of up to 20 children
Assist with educational activities and learning experiences, including for children with special needs
Help prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe classroom space
Model family‑style dining during mealtimes
Support children's safety and supervision at all times
Provide educational support in home‑based settings when needed
Assist with simple administrative tasks (answering phones, record‑keeping)
Attend required agency trainings and jump in where needed
