About The Position
This position is responsible for the entire physical plant operation including custodial and usual and routine maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of maintenance and/or custodial supervisory experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience maintaining commercial facilities buildings and grounds to include minor repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Minimum of three years of experience utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning compounds.
- Possess State of Florida limited certificate in lawn and ornamental pest control.
- Must be able to obtain master custodial certification within the first year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire physical plant operation.
- Oversee custodial services.
- Oversee routine maintenance of the physical plant.
