Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Workplaces, Facilities or Corporate Real Estate operations across multiple sites or regions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams, creating an environment focused on engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
  • Extensive experience working with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, driving operational performance, governance and supplier relationships.
  • Strong understanding of workplace operational strategy, facilities management, workplace experience and operational excellence within a global organisation.
  • Experience leading workplace transformations, office openings, relocations and operational mobilisation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience managing budgets, performance metrics and operational reporting.
  • Experience working within global or matrix organisations, balancing regional priorities with global standards.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of Workplace Operations across the Americas, ensuring all locations consistently deliver safe, inspiring and high-performing workplaces that reflect The LEGO Group's workplace strategy and standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational support across a regional portfolio including Boston, Mexico City, Monterrey, Tempe and São Paulo, balancing local operational needs with global priorities.
  • Develop, coach and support regional Workplace teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
  • Partner with local Workplace Specialists and Facility Management providers to ensure operational excellence, consistent service delivery and effective issue resolution across all sites.
  • Drive regional workplace strategy by identifying opportunities to improve processes, optimise services, increase efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Represent the Americas within the Global Workplace Operations & Experience (WOX) Leadership Team, contributing to the development and implementation of global operational priorities, standards and best practices.
  • Lead regional planning, governance and performance management through operational reviews, KPI reporting, budget oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the mobilisation of new offices, workplace transformations and major projects, ensuring locations are operationally ready and aligned to global workplace standards.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, Hub Councils and key stakeholders to ensure Workplace Operations continues to support wider business objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partners, driving service excellence, contractual performance, innovation and value across the region.
  • Champion employee engagement by supporting community initiatives, workplace events and activities that strengthen our culture and create vibrant, collaborative workplaces.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, health and safety requirements and corporate policies, maintaining high operational standards across every location.
  • Act as a regional escalation point for operational issues, providing leadership, guidance and support to local teams during periods of change or business-critical activity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of global Workplace Operations & Experience by sharing regional insights, lessons learned and innovative ideas that can be adopted across the wider organisation.
