In this role, you will lead Gap Inc.’s Workplace Experience organization, reporting to the Chief Business and Strategy Officer and partnering closely with Human Resources. You will bring the rare ability to pair strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, guiding the operational cadence that delivers a seamless experience for our global workforce. You will be a thought partner in designing environments that foster creativity, collaboration, and belonging, while ensuring our spaces reflect and amplify Gap Inc.’s culture and values. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Cafés, Archive and Travel/Concierge. This role will oversee the planning, design, construction, and operations of our North America Headquarters properties and support global locations, including Distribution and Fulfillment Center properties. The Head of Workplace Experience must think expansively about the future while delivering seamless operations that thoughtfully shape every aspect of the employee experience. This role demands not only a visionary leader, but someone eager to immerse themselves in the tactical and operational intricacies that reignite the workplace experience at scale. Salary Range: $270,000-$330,000 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
