You will Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that meaningfully impacts growth and transformation goals across our Individual Markets business, responsible for a unique audience mix including colleagues as well as our field channel. Serve as a strategic advisor to executives and stakeholders. Own change communications for major transformation initiatives across the organization, including stakeholder mapping, risk/issue management, and adoption communications. Develop content to support execution of strategy (program plans, leader messages, speaker presentations, event facilitation guides etc.). Define success metrics and produce regular insights to continuously improve communication impact.
