About The Position
The Head of US Manufacturing Site leads and manages multiple manufacturing engineering teams, ensuring their work and performance meet expected goals while providing technical guidance and resources to support team members' professional development. The role develops annual budgets and human resource plans, allocates resources, and monitors execution to keep projects on schedule. The position collaborates across departments and regions with external partners and clients to support production, and communicates with local regulatory authorities to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards. It identifies and resolves operational and organizational issues, implementing solutions to improve production efficiency and quality. The role also fosters innovation through subordinate supervisors, promotes new technologies and methods, cultivates key talent and future leaders, and provides technical direction and reviews of engineering documents and projects.

- Identify and develop key talent to build a future leadership pipeline.
- Provide professional development opportunities to improve the team's overall technical capabilities.
- Provide engineering development direction and technical guidance as an internal expert.
- Review technical documents and projects, and regularly guide technical development directions.
