About The Position
The Head of US Manufacturing Site leads and manages multiple manufacturing engineering teams, ensuring their work and performance meet expected goals while providing technical guidance and resources to support team members’ professional development. The role develops annual budgets and human resource plans, allocates resources, and monitors execution to ensure projects are completed on time. The position collaborates across departments and regions, including with external partners and clients, and communicates with local regulatory authorities to support compliance with applicable regulations and standards. It identifies and resolves operational and organizational issues, implements solutions to improve production efficiency and quality, and promotes the adoption of new technologies and methods to strengthen product competitiveness. The role also cultivates talent and future leaders, provides professional development opportunities, and serves as an internal engineering expert. It provides technical direction, reviews technical documents and projects, and offers regular guidance on engineering development directions.
