Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Financial Crimes Investigations capabilities, spanning platform implementation, data integration, workflow automation, testing, release readiness, production rollout, and transition to business-as-usual operations. Drive the integration and rollout of a new SaaS-based financial crimes case management and orchestration platform, ensuring the solution supports analyst workflow, case quality, regulatory reporting, auditability, and operational scalability. Establish and manage connectivity, data pipelines, interfaces, and secure integration patterns between TD environments, vendor environments, and internal data and analytics platforms. Ensure adherence to technology, security, privacy, resiliency, data governance, architecture, and regulatory control standards, including confirming that vendor commitments are understood, tracked, evidenced, and met. Maintain clear alignment with FCRM leadership, technology partners, and vendor stakeholders on roadmap priorities, delivery sequencing, dependencies, and implementation schedules. Provide senior-level delivery accountability across technology and data components, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, funding considerations, and delivery trade-offs. Oversee vendor relationship management for technology delivery, including performance management, issue resolution, delivery quality, escalation management, and alignment to contractual and operational commitments. Partner in the identification, governance, adoption, and operationalization of AI capabilities that can responsibly improve analyst research, transaction analysis, narrative generation, quality review, and investigative decision support. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with the technical, delivery, data, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities required to support a mission-critical regulatory technology portfolio. Prepare executive-ready communications, status updates, decision materials, and escalations that clearly articulate progress, risks, mitigations, impacts, and required leadership actions. Champion a disciplined risk management culture by ensuring risks are surfaced early, control obligations are embedded into delivery, and solutions are designed for sustainable operation in a regulated banking environment. Operate as a strategic technology leader who can translate financial crimes risk objectives into executable technology roadmaps and delivery outcomes. Influence senior stakeholders across business, risk, technology, infrastructure, data, and vendor organizations without relying solely on direct authority. Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional delivery environments with multiple interdependencies, regulatory expectations, and competing priorities. Promote engineering excellence, operational discipline, resiliency, and quality in the delivery of regulatory and mission-critical systems. Develop talent, strengthen succession depth, and foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
