About The Position

Role Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned leader to own and scale our global Technical deployment organization. You will lead a team of Technical Deployment Specialists (TDS) to deliver technically sophisticated, high-impact solutions for our customers. You will define best practices, build playbooks, and ensure our deployment processes scale as Planhat grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and coach a global team of Technical Deployment Specialists
• Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle — from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go-live
• Build repeatable frameworks: playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to drive quality and speed
• Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales & Product to align customer deployment strategy with business goals
• Act as a technical architect in complex deployments: integrate with customer data systems, build automations, and ensure robust data flows
• Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time, optimize resource utilization, and boost customer satisfaction
• Track and report on deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, customer outcomes, deployment velocity
• Be a hands-on leader: resolve escalations, train TDS team, and participate in high-risk go-lives
