About The Position

We're looking for our first Head of Talent to own hiring end to end as the company plans to hire dozens of people next year across engineering, design, and go-to-market (GTM). The role covers running a high-touch hiring process, managing the hiring brand and recruiting events, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through outbound outreach and referrals, and working with recruiting agencies.

The position is based in person five days a week at the company's SoHo office. The salary range is $140,000–$180,000, plus equity. Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup.
• Experience hiring both engineering and GTM roles.
• Outbound sourcing experience.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and processes.
• High agency and a strong networking orientation.
