About The Position

Airlock Digital is in a serious growth phase and is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead, scale, and execute a world-class hiring function across its areas of operation in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines. This role is central to Airlock Digital's next phase of growth and is suited for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can translate hiring strategy into measurable outcomes. The position will enable the company to scale globally, faster and smarter, by supporting hiring efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in talent acquisition with at least 4 years leading and managing a recruiting function/team at a high-growth technology company or relevant experience.
  • Experience building and scaling a talent function within a high-growth company, ideally through a period of significant headcount growth, with systems and playbooks to demonstrate this.
  • Proven experience leading a regional or global talent acquisition function in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record managing and developing distributed recruitment teams.
  • End-to-end recruitment expertise, from workforce planning through to onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into hiring plans.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach, using metrics to inform decisions and track performance.
  • Highly organised, with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment to business priorities and growth plans across all locations.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans, pipeline targets, and talent strategies that scale with the company's growth trajectory.
  • Lead, build, and develop a high-performing global recruiting team, setting standards, coaching execution, and creating an environment where recruiters do the best work.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring outcomes across the business, including critical and senior appointments, ensuring quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Build scalable recruitment processes and governance (e.g., structured interviews, scorecards, calibration, approvals) to improve consistency and reduce risk.
  • Own TA systems and data (including Greenhouse), ensuring workflows, reporting, and system usage support efficient delivery and decision-making.
  • Use recruitment metrics and insights (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality indicators, hiring manager satisfaction) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage recruitment budget, agencies, and external vendors to ensure effective spend, strong service levels, and measurable ROI.
  • Champion employer brand and EVP through recruitment marketing partnerships and consistent messaging across all candidate touchpoints.
  • Ensure hiring practices meet compliance, privacy, and policy requirements, and support inclusive, fair, and evidence-based selection decisions.
