State Street seeks an accomplished and forward-looking Head of Talent Acquisition to lead experienced hiring across the COO, Wealth, and Alpha business groups. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering hiring strategies across a significant proportion of the firm’s global workforce. It leads a global team of recruiters to deliver high-quality outcomes across the full hiring lifecycle, using data and performance metrics to drive pace, quality, and cost discipline, while advancing diversity and inclusion objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Senior HR Business Partners and executive leadership teams to establish global functional priorities, develop robust hiring strategies, and ensure high-quality execution across regions and functions. At State Street, exceptional talent underpins our ability to serve clients as a trusted partner, operator, and innovator. The COO organization spans Technology, Operations, Wealth, and Alpha divisions, hiring in these areas is central to business performance. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and part of the Global TA Leadership Team, this role shapes and delivers hiring strategy across these businesses. It ensures a consistent, data-led, and client-focused approach, aligned to strategic priorities and delivering against key outcomes, including diversity and inclusion.
