About The Position
As Head of Talent Acquisition – Americas, you will lead a team of 10-15 Talent Acquisition professionals supporting hiring across a diverse range of business functions and markets throughout the region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of hiring plans across both high-volume and highly specialized talent segments. The role requires a commercially minded leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational excellence while navigating complex and competitive talent markets.
