About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and shape full-cycle recruitment across Americas. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to the business, translating business priorities into targeted recruiting strategies and delivering top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical functions. This role is instrumental in advancing ST’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, driving outcomes across all talent cohorts—early career, experienced professionals, and executive hiring—while strengthening our ability to compete for talent in a complex and evolving market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within complex, global organizations
  • Experience in the technology sector (e.g., semiconductor, engineering, IT, or related industries) is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple job families, including both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong business acumen and advisory skills, with the ability to translate organizational priorities into effective talent strategies
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building credible partnerships with business leaders
  • Expertise in talent market insights, pipeline strategy, and workforce analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in managing search firms and recruitment vendors.
  • Hands‑on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; experience in implementing or enhancing ATS/CRM is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate at pace and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across a broad portfolio of roles, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, shaping hiring strategies, defining role requirements, and aligning on talent priorities
  • Drive execution of ST’s global HR priorities across all hiring segments (early career, professional, executive), ensuring consistency and impact
  • Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled solutions to support the recruiting lifecycle and guide workforce decisions.
  • Effectively stakeholders with the business to understand business context, anticipate talent needs, and navigate market dynamics
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring outcomes
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, market mapping) to access diverse and high-quality talent
  • Assess and calibrate talent rigorously, ensuring alignment with role requirements, leadership expectations, and organizational culture
  • Provide data-driven market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Establish and drive process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening ST’s employer brand and engagement
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively across regional and global HR team, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes, standards, and best practices
