About The Position

Chainlink is seeking a Head of Super Users to lead engagement with sophisticated participants in the capital markets and digital asset ecosystem. This role is a blend of product, commercial strategy, and market development, focusing on building deep relationships with power users, driving high-value deals, and shaping institutional adoption of the Chainlink platform. The successful candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders in traditional finance and emerging digital asset firms, acting as both a commercial leader and a strategic partner. This is a high-impact role for an autonomous individual comfortable in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working within or selling into traditional finance and/or fintechs
• Digital Asset Domain Understanding: Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization
• Strong connections within Tier 1 banks and institutions that are on their digital assets journey
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million-dollar range)
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence.
• A player coach people leader, with the ability to lead small to medium size teams through a period of high growth

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with our most strategic users across financial institutions and digital asset firms
• Lead complex, high-value commercial engagements from initial conversation through to close
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing traditional finance on-chain to scale out digital asset ecosystems
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to translate key customer needs into product direction
• Help define and execute our strategy for engaging and scaling “super users” globally
• Represent the company externally at industry events and within key market conversations
• Navigate regulated environments, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational requirements
