This is a builder role for someone who can help define the product, underwriting framework, data requirements, pricing logic, investor materials, and capital-partner relationships that make this asset class investable on a programmatic basis. The right person will bring real structured credit or institutional capital markets depth, along with the judgment to help turn a fragmented credit market into a repeatable asset that institutional capital can understand, price, monitor, and buy.
