Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of Subscriber Acquisition to lead customer growth across our streaming business. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies that drive high-quality subscriber growth while maximizing lifetime value and overall business profitability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, subscriber acquisition, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record driving large-scale customer acquisition for subscription-based, streaming, direct-to-consumer, or digital businesses.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, payback, and profitability metrics.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within streaming, media, entertainment, technology, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnel optimization and growth product management.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms, attribution methodologies, and advanced measurement techniques.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
