The Head of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that enhance Janney's value proposition, accelerate organic growth, and expand opportunities for client acquisition, advisor recruiting, and advisor success. Reporting to the Chief Wealth Solutions Officer, this strategic individual contributor will build and manage relationships with financial institutions, professional services firms, fintech providers, and other organizations that create long-term value for Janney, its advisors, and its clients. This role partners closely with leaders across Wealth Solutions, Private Client Group (PCG), Legal & Compliance, Marketing, and Technology, to evaluate partnership opportunities, structure commercial agreements, and drive successful implementation.
