About The Position

The Head of Strategic Accounts is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and growing the company’s most valuable client relationships. This position drives long-term revenue expansion, client retention, and strategic partnerships across a high-value portfolio representing a significant share of company revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development
  • Proven success managing and growing large, high-value client accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, production, or project teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead relationships with key strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives
  • Lead client communications, business reviews, and high-value initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor account performance, track growth opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM reporting
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve client or project challenges
