About The Position

If you’ve grown enterprise accounts and want full ownership, not just execution, this is your role. At Viva, we partner with fast-growing US startups and connect them with world-class Executive Assistants from Latin America - expanding access to global opportunity while helping companies scale smarter. We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Accounts to own enterprise expansion revenue across our most strategic customers. This is a US-based role focused exclusively on expansion within existing enterprise accounts - defining the strategy, leading executive conversations, and closing revenue.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years owning enterprise expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts)
  • Experience defining and scaling expansion strategy in high-growth environments
  • Ability to build structure and operate with high autonomy
  • Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
  • U.S.-based and open to up to 50% travel
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define & Scale the Expansion Strategy
  • Define the account prioritization framework across enterprise customers
  • Build and scale our expansion motion - you'll build the playbook
  • Design structured, multi-threaded growth strategy within existing accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, CS, People) to drive execution
  • Own Expansion Revenue
  • Own quarterly expansion targets and NRR contribution
  • Lead executive-level expansion conversations with CHROs, CEOs, and VP stakeholders
  • Lead in-person executive engagements across the U.S. (up to 50% travel) to drive expansion growth
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of the expansion motion
