We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early. As Head of Partnerships, you’ll define and lead DualEntry’s long-term partner ecosystem strategy and make partnerships a core revenue driver across accounting firms, CFO networks, system integrators, and strategic SaaS platforms. You’ll own executive-level relationships and strategic alliances, positioning DualEntry as the partner of choice within our ecosystem. Strategic partnerships are becoming a core pillar of our GTM engine. As our Founding Strategic Partnerships Lead, you’ll build and scale our partnerships function from zero-to-one, unlocking new revenue, driving co-marketing, and generating a consistent flow of high-quality leads. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. Your work will directly shape our partner ecosystem, GTM velocity, and growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 4+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles
  • Proven success building or scaling partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with SI firms, accounting firms, fintech tools, or SaaS integrations
  • Data-driven and experimental mindset — obsessed with funnels, metrics, and repeatable systems
  • Ability to build scalable automation workflows using modern growth tools
  • Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-ownership startup environments

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with growth automation tools (Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist)
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
  • Background in demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Passion for martech, growth hacking, and outbound automation

Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and lead DualEntry’s end-to-end partnerships strategy
  • You’ll identify, onboard, and activate partners across key categories including system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, and SaaS providers
  • You’ll build an AI- and automation-driven partnerships engine that scales what used to take a team of five
  • You’ll grow and nurture high-value partner relationships through events, webinars, in-person meetings, and co-marketing
  • You’ll own partnership metrics, dashboards, experiments, and funnel optimization
  • You’ll collaborate with founders, sales, and product to drive measurable revenue impact
  • You’ll travel to the US 1–2 times per month for strategic partner meetings and events
