About The Position

The Director of Strategic Accounts will own and expand Evette’s corporate rebate partnerships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by building strong relationships with regional, operational, and field leadership, uncovering localized clinic/hospital needs, and increasing shift utilization across corporate networks. This individual will act as the strategic bridge between corporate leadership and Evette’s internal teams, ensuring enterprise partners receive elevated service while maximizing rebate program performance and revenue growth through rebate participation.

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or corporate business development
  • Experience managing multi location healthcare, retail, or franchise organizations preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence regional and field operators
  • Strong analytical ability with comfort translating data into strategy
  • Highly proactive, relationship-driven, and growth-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with corporate, regional, and field leaders
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for rebate program partners
  • Identify organizational dynamics that impact relief utilization
  • Drive shift demand across corporate networks
  • Identify underutilized/never used markets and drive usage
  • Support regional leaders in planning for growth, seasonality, and new openings
  • Proactively surface clinic/hospital-level needs and convert them into coverage requests
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for enterprise partners
  • Analyze fulfillment trends, cancellation drivers, and rebate performance
  • Translate data into actionable growth plans
  • Align rebate tier strategy with utilization targets
  • Partner with Staffing to ensure needs get fulfilled
  • Collaborate with Recruiting on market coverage expansion opportunities
  • Ensure operational excellence in execution
  • Shift volume growth within strategic accounts
  • Rebate tier advancement within strategic accounts
  • Strategic account retention and renewals
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
