Head of Spotter Labs, Product

Spotter is seeking a Head of Spotter Labs to join their Product team and infuse AI into their creator tools and insights. This individual will be responsible for developing and prioritizing mini-application experiments using Generative AI and Spotter's unique data set. They will work closely with customers, executives, PMs, UX Researchers, and Designers to create simple and valuable Labs mini-applications that meet the needs of creators. The ideal candidate will have a background in Product Management and a deep passion for Generative AI, with a desire to collaborate with successful YouTubers to develop innovative software solutions.

• Tailor intuition for creating simple, powerful, and valuable Labs mini-applications by understanding the needs and workflow of creator customers and learning about the industry and business.
• Collaborate with customers, executives, PMs, UX Researchers, and Designers to develop and prioritize a backlog of mini-application experiments using Generative AI, Spotter's unique data set, and/or YouTube content and storytelling.
• Bring mini-application experiments to life in Labs, gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback, and promoting them to Studio. This includes acting as a PM for some experiments and overseeing other PMs.
• Interact directly with beta testers, focusing on their success and outcomes using Spotter Labs.
• Stay updated on advancements in UX, AI, and LLM technology and apply relevant findings to work.

• 5+ years of work experience in Product Management and building digital applications
• Experience in creating new, successful, digital businesses or products from scratch
• Deep passion and background in creating workflow applications with simple but powerful user experiences
• Knowledge and curiosity about Generative AI, staying up to date on advances and changes
• Ability to thrive in chaotic, fast-paced environments
• Founder's mindset and creative hacker's spirit
• Proven ability to lead a small team
