About The Position

We help creators get more out of every conversation with Instagram-focused automations and support for other channels like Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth. With a diverse team of 400+ people spread across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used — and loved — by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide. We’re looking for a Head of Social to lead our Social Media team and take Manychat’s social presence from good to great. Our marketing team is bold, ambitious, and making culture happen across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Now we are looking for a leader who will build on that momentum and push our owned channels further. You’ll shape how Manychat shows up, operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, set direction, develop the team, and keep raising the bar on what great looks and feels like.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in social, content, or growth marketing; 3+ years leading teams
  • A proven track record of building social programs that drive real results
  • Deep platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong content instincts, creator experience, and an experimental mindset

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS, PLG, or creator economy background.
  • Experience with video-first content or in-house studios.

  • Own the long-term social vision across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and whatever comes next.
  • Take our strong content engine and make it even sharper. Build formats and frameworks that scale, test fast, and keep raising the bar on what great looks like.
  • Set the standard. Platform-native, culturally relevant, always on-brand. Speed matters but impact matters more.
  • Grow our creator and community ecosystem. Turn Manychat users into advocates and co-creators.
  • Lead a talented team that's already delivering. Build a culture of ownership, high standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Plug social into everything we do, product launches, campaigns, partnerships. Nothing siloed.
  • Own the KPIs that tie to real business outcomes and use data to make better decisions.
