About The Position
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. Our client is looking for a Head of Social & Creator Partnerships. They build ridiculously fun games, toys, and backyard sports products that get kids off screens and outside. Our Head of Content makes things worth watching; you run the channels they live on and build the network that multiplies them. You strategize, own, and execute our owned social channels end to end, and you build our creator and affiliate army: the network of hundreds of creators posting about our games every week. One great format should become a hundred posts. That multiplication is your job. This is a builder role. The channels exist. The army doesn't yet. You're constructing a machine, not maintaining one.
Requirements
- You've grown social accounts and run multi-channel operations, and you can show the numbers.
- You've built or scaled a creator, affiliate, or ambassador program. You know sourcing, deal structures, and what makes creators actually post.
- You're systems-obsessed: hundreds of creators means pipelines and tracking, not vibes.
- You genuinely love sports, toys, and games
Responsibilities
- Owned channels, end to end: strategy, posting, scheduling, and community across every account and brand. You're in the comments. The channels run on your systems and never miss a beat.
- The affiliate army: recruiting, onboarding, and systematizing hundreds of creators and affiliates. Sourcing, deal structures, content pipelines, tracking. This is the biggest thing you'll build.
- Creator partnerships: finding top creators worth working with repeatedly, alongside our existing creator program.
- Your scoreboard: the affiliate machine. Active affiliates and creators, affiliate posting volume, and the reach it generates. On owned channels you own the operational floor: posting consistency and community response. Did the army get bigger and post more, and did our channels never miss? Those numbers are yours.
- Create a machine to build from zero: the affiliate army and the social accounts for new hero products don't exist yet, and the person who constructs them owns something with their name on it.
