About The Position

For our further growth, we are looking for a Head of Sales SAP (w/m/d) with a real hunter gene for the DACH region, who will significantly drive and be responsible for the SAP enterprise business. At Public Cloud Group (PCG), we help companies make their IT landscapes modern, secure, and future-proof in the cloud. Requirements

  • High result orientation and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with strong, innovative, and hands-on leadership skills.
  • Leadership competence and initial experience in leading sales teams.
  • Demonstrable success in selling complex SAP solutions to large enterprises.
  • In-depth experience in enterprise sales within the SAP environment or related ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP partner ecosystem, hyperscalers, and SAP transformation projects.
  • Focus on own, stable customer relationships and active acquisition rather than passive lead utilization.
  • Analytical strength and hands-on mentality in a dynamic high-growth environment.
  • Negotiation-proof communication in German and English at C-level.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the growth of SAP enterprise revenue in the entire DACH market.
  • Acquisition of new customers in the enterprise segment (revenue > €1 billion) and management of complex sales cycles.
  • Building and scaling the SAP Sales function, as well as leading and coaching a team of enterprise sales specialists.
  • Management of pipeline management and deal execution for ACVs between €100k and over €500k.
  • Strengthening partnerships in the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP, Fujitsu, Netapp).
  • Optimization of sales territories, compensation plans, and processes within the SAP unit.
  • Close exchange with the VP Sales & Alliances and the delivery teams for successful customer results.
