We're hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks. We're hiring a Head of Sales to take us from a PLG-heavy motion to a true sales process. We need someone who can standardize how we handle our inbound sign-up volume while also opening the top end of the market. The TAM is massive, we need someone who can go get it. This is a player-coach role. You'll be closing deals directly for the first stretch, alongside our sales team of 5, then building team around the playbook you've created. If you want to operate four layers up from the customer, this isn't the right fit.
