About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we turn executive-led content into revenue for the fastest-growing B2B companies. We added $1M in ARR in the last 30 days. We are hiring a Head of Sales to own and scale Virio's outbound and top-of-funnel motion.

Requirements

• You have closed enterprise B2B SaaS deals in the last 12 months.
• You have built a sales team from the first AE.
• You build rev ops systems, not just use them.
• You have a LinkedIn presence, or you are ready to build one.
• You use AI to move faster and expect the same from your team.
• You coach on live calls, not in slides.
• You have hit number as a rep and as a leader.
• High agency. You move without being told.
• Pipeline obsession. You track quality and velocity daily.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You build from scratch.
• Direct communication. You say the hard thing early.
• Low ego. You own the miss.

Responsibilities

• Carry a quota and close enterprise deals yourself. This is not a manager seat.
• Hire, ramp, and coach a team of high-output AEs.
• Own rev ops: pipeline, forecasting, attribution, reporting.
• Rebuild the sales process and ICP targeting around what actually closes.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and live call coaching.
• Align top-of-funnel with marketing and content.
• Sell with content and AI. Set the standard your team copies.
