About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-impact go-to-market strategy within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem. This is a strategic player-coach role, combining direct ownership of enterprise deal-making with leadership and development of a high-performing sales and partnerships team. You will work closely with the CEO to define commercial direction and drive adoption across banks, fintechs, exchanges, wallets, and infrastructure providers. The role requires strong executive presence, deep ecosystem understanding, and the ability to structure complex, long-term strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for expanding market penetration and accelerating integration of stablecoin-based financial infrastructure. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth financial technology environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales leadership within fintech, banking, payments, or crypto sectors
  • Proven experience leading or executing enterprise-level commercial strategies
  • Strong background in team management and performance development
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of financial infrastructure, stablecoins, or digital asset ecosystems
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with stablecoin, blockchain, or crypto-native companies
  • Existing network within US fintech or institutional finance markets
  • Experience structuring infrastructure-level or embedded finance partnerships
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance considerations in digital finance

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market and partnership strategy
  • Lead enterprise sales efforts across fintech, banking, payments, crypto, and infrastructure ecosystems
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and partnerships team
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with decision-makers at financial institutions and platforms
  • Structure strategic, win-win commercial partnerships
  • Drive adoption and integration of stablecoin infrastructure products
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and long-term strategic relationships
  • Align cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations) to support commercial execution
  • Report directly to the CEO on pipeline performance, strategic initiatives, and revenue growth
