About The Position

Teton is seeking a Head of Sales for its Skilled Nursing division in the U.S. This role is responsible for establishing and scaling the company's sales function within the U.S. skilled nursing market. The Head of Sales will report to the Global VP of Sales and will lead net-new logo growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new market segment, develop go-to-market strategies, build a sales motion, and recruit a team, while also personally closing strategic opportunities. Teton's product uses real-time, multimodal AI to create a digital twin of the patient and care environment, aiming to reduce administrative burdens and improve patient care. The solution combines hardware, AI, and applications to provide real-time data insights for healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience selling into the U.S. skilled nursing market, with deep knowledge of the segment's commercial, operational, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape - and the ability to translate that into a credible go-to-market strategy and sales approach.
  • A demonstrated track record as a highly successful individual contributor: consistently exceeding million-dollar new business quotas and closing high six-figure ACV deals across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • The ability to operate as a true builder and player-coach: strategic enough to establish the market strategy, sales organization, and operating model, but hands-on enough to personally generate pipeline and close critical deals.
  • A rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.
  • Proven experience building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market motions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the United States.
