This is not a traditional Solutions Engineering leadership role. As Head of Sales Engineering for the Americas, you will lead Sales Engineering as a revenue engine, not a support function. You will be accountable for how deals are discovered, positioned, demonstrated, and won. Ideagen operates a globally defined Sales Engineering model. Your mandate is to execute within that model at a high bar, while ensuring it works in real customer conversations across the Americas. This role requires someone who can stay close to the work and the deals, while also shaping capability, consistency, and future performance. You will be expected to elevate standards quickly and measurably. This role favors leaders who thrive in hands on engagement rather than primarily from process stewardship or remote people management.
