About The Position

We are seeking a Head of Sales, APAC to build and own new business development across Australia and New Zealand. This is a greenfield, high-impact role—not inheriting a mature pipeline, but building one. The mandate is clear: Identify and shape opportunities before they formally come to market, Build a validated pipeline with 12–24 month visibility, Win a small number of high-value, complex deals, Establish the foundation for sustained regional growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of procurement-driven sales environments
  • Ability to operate independently while influencing across functions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with or selling into government agencies preferred

  • Driving net new logo acquisition
