Reporting to the General Manager of the region and matrix to the VP of Sales & Strategy and serving as a key member of the Global Commercial Leadership Team, this role owns the development and execution of the regional commercial strategy and operating model. This leader is responsible for over $800M in regional sales from Allison Off-Highways global manufacturing plants. This role oversees a multi-layered organization consisting of regional and segment commercial leaders, including Heads of OEM Sales, product and distribution leaders, and Business Development teams. The role requires a balanced focus on strategic leadership, operational discipline, and customer engagement within a highly matrixed global organization.
