About The Position

A rapidly growing Series A SaaS company is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build, measure, optimize, and scale its go-to-market engine. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for improving the systems, processes, data, and technology that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. A major part of the mandate will be identifying, building, and deploying AI-powered systems and automations that reduce manual work, improve rep productivity, and enable the GTM organization to scale efficiently. The company has established product-market fit and a growing customer base and is now investing in the infrastructure and operating processes required for its next stage of growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with Finance and GTM leadership across CRM reporting, forecasting, sales administration, contracting, strategic planning, and financial analysis. This is a builder role. The successful candidate will be expected to work directly in the systems and tools—not simply manage strategy or direct others.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting B2B SaaS sales motions.
  • Strong to expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, including Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
  • Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally build and implement systems, workflows, automations, dashboards, and processes.
  • Strong interest in applying AI and automation to real GTM workflows.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with sales funnels, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM reporting, and GTM analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how operational and financial data fit together.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and program management capabilities.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company that scaled through multiple stages of growth.
  • Experience within or exposure to the commercial construction industry and its ecosystem.
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance or working within an accounting or finance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Personally design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems and automations that reduce manual work and improve GTM productivity, including lead routing, lead scoring, call intelligence, and workflow automation.
  • Own CRM administration, architecture, data integrity, and reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Own the end-to-end process for tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead through closed customer.
  • Build reporting and deliver actionable insights to GTM and executive leadership.
  • Optimize and support the company’s sales technology stack, including HubSpot, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Identify opportunities to automate GTM workflows and personally implement solutions using CRM and AI tooling.
  • Partner with leadership on GTM strategy, strategic planning, and financial planning.
  • Manage and continuously improve the sales technology stack and troubleshoot systems and process issues.
  • Support pipeline and forecast calls, team meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create and maintain CRM reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, capacity planning, and productivity modeling.
  • Help administer contracting and sales processes to ensure consistency, completion, and compliance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide insights that guide investment and growth decisions.
  • Lead and project-manage cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms as the organization continues to grow.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to join a Series A SaaS company with established product-market fit.
