About The Position

As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the architect of ElevenLabs' commercial operating system - the planning, data, processes, systems, and AI-powered workflows that enable our GTM organization to scale revenue predictably and efficiently. You’ll own the operational foundation across our entire revenue organization, spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You’ll work directly with GTM leadership to shape how we plan, measure, and execute our commercial strategy. This is a high ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, systems, AI, and execution. You’ll have significant influence over how ElevenLabs scales its revenue organization and will build the infrastructure, operating model, and team required for the next stage of growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM experience, including significant leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

  • Deep expertise in revenue planning, forecasting, territory and capacity planning, sales processes, compensation, and GTM performance management.
  • Strong understanding of usage-based business models and the metrics that drive efficient growth, including pipeline generation, acquisition, expansion, retention, and revenue productivity.
  • Experience building scalable GTM systems, data infrastructure, and operating processes, with deep familiarity with Salesforce and modern GTM technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to increase GTM productivity, improve decision-making, and fundamentally rethink how Revenue Operations operates.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and decisions for executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal, and Customer Success.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing RevOps teams.
  • Strong business judgment, bias for action, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial operating model across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, ensuring the organization can scale revenue predictably and efficiently.
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and GTM leadership team on revenue strategy, annual planning, forecasting, organizational design, investment decisions, and long-range growth planning.
  • Lead territory design, segmentation, quota setting, capacity planning, headcount planning, and GTM productivity across Corporate, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, and Partnerships.
  • Establish the operating cadence for the GTM organization, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, performance management, and executive reporting.
  • Build the data, analytics, and systems foundation that gives leadership a trusted view of pipeline, conversion, productivity, attainment, retention, expansion, and revenue efficiency.
  • Own the evolution of the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, ensuring systems, data, processes, and workflows scale with the business.
  • Lead the AI transformation of Revenue Operations, using AI and automation to increase productivity, improve decision-making, eliminate manual work, and fundamentally rethink how GTM teams operate.
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to create consistent processes, shared definitions, and strong commercial execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the revenue funnel, from pipeline generation and acquisition through expansion and renewal.
