About The Position

MJW Investments is seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Property Management to lead day-to-day multifamily property operations across our Los Angeles and Seattle portfolios. • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present portfolio performance, risks, recommendations, and action plans clearly to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on, coaching-oriented leadership style with the ability to build accountability while developing and retaining strong teams.
  • Highly organized, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Los Angeles and Seattle and throughout assigned property markets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and directly relevant senior multifamily experience may be considered.
