  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional global teams through digital transitions.
  • Strategic thinker who utilizes historical data and lessons learned to move an organization from lagging reporting to proactive, leading-indicator forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Instill a "No Surprises" culture by enforcing unified gated-process lifecycles and standardized project execution protocols on a global scale.
  • Oversee the implementation of sophisticated controls for high-level scheduling, cost forecasting, and quantitative risk management to safeguard project delivery.
  • Serve as the architect of our digital transformation roadmap, transitioning manual project tracking into integrated, real-time Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Provide executive leadership with a "single source of truth" through advanced portfolio reporting and dashboards that highlight critical path health and financial exposure.
  • Manage a global estimating and benchmarking function to ensure project business cases are grounded in high-fidelity, market-validated data.
  • Act as a primary change agent, bridging the gap between governance and project enablement to drive continuous improvement and predictive analytics capabilities.
