About The Position

We are changing the way individuals engage with their financial lives by delivering personalized, always-on guidance through a digital coaching experience. We are passionate about what we do and build products that tackle real-world financial complexity with simplicity, intelligence, and empathy. We are seeking a Head of Product (VP level) to lead the product organization for Fidelity’s Digital Coach within Fidelity Labs. Our team is building an AI-native financial coaching platform that helps customers plan, decide, and take action to improve their financial outcomes. As the Head of Product, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for Digital Coach. You will lead a team of product leaders and managers, own key business outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to build and scale a category-defining experience at the intersection of financial services and AI.

Requirements

  • 12 plus years of proven experience in product management, with significant senior leadership experience (Director/VP level)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products with measurable business impact
  • Experience leading product organizations, including managing senior PMs and product leaders
  • Solid understanding of financial services, FinTech, or financial planning ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes (growth, engagement, revenue, retention)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to influence Engineering, Data, Design, and executive partners
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast paced environments with competing priorities
  • Data-driven approach with experience in experimentation, metrics, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with platform thinking, APIs, and modern AI/ML capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)

  • Experience building or scaling AI-driven, personalized, or advisory-based products strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business partners to deliver seamless, intelligent customer journeys
  • Be comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a product management role in the early days
  • Drive end-to-end product execution across a portfolio of capabilities including guidance, planning, and embedded action
  • Lead and scale a high-performing product organization, including senior product managers and leaders
  • Translate customer needs, behavioral insights, and market trends into clear product strategy and differentiated experiences
  • Nurture key partner relationships across external Fidelity partners, technology and product organizations
  • Ensure a deeply customer-centric and data-driven approach, continuously learning and iterating based on performance and feedback
