This role is not for someone who wants to manage an existing roadmap inside a large corporate environment. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of Impact Scale’s portfolio of brands, internal software, AI products, and technology platforms. Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across all Impact Scale companies and internal brands.
• Lead products from idea to launch with speed and high standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build internal platforms, automation tools, AI systems, customer-facing products, and technology that powers our businesses.
• Constantly identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale operations, and create competitive advantages.
• Make fast, data-informed decisions while balancing long-term vision with immediate business needs.
• Ship products quickly, learn from users, iterate, and repeat.
