Suki is creating a new category in health technology: the AI-powered digital assistant for healthcare. Our mission is simple but profound—give time back to clinicians so they can focus on what matters most: caring for patients. Today, doctors spend hours navigating complex electronic health record (EHR) systems—modern versions of paper charts that are often unintuitive, fragmented, and time-consuming. Suki changes that. Clinicians using Suki already spend 70% less time on administrative work, and we’re just getting started. As our platform scales across voice, mobile, and enterprise experiences—and as the complexity of our product portfolio grows—we need a world-class operator to build the connective tissue between product, engineering, data, and our go-to-market teams. We’re looking for a Head of Product Operations to bring rigor, clarity, and velocity to how we build and ship products. As Head of Product Operations, you will own the operational backbone of Suki’s product organization. You will be the strategic glue between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and our customer-facing teams—ensuring that product development is data-informed, efficiently executed, and tightly aligned with business outcomes. You will build and scale the systems, processes, and analytics capabilities that allow our product teams to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver greater impact. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, bringing operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement to a rapidly scaling AI-first healthcare company.
