About The Position

Accuris is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Product Marketing to lead Product Marketing for its Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) business. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining market positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, sharpening the category narrative, and building a world-class Product Marketing function. The role will manage a growing team of Product Marketers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and Corporate Marketing. This leader will be crucial in strengthening Accuris's position in the Supply Chain Intelligence market and accelerating growth with both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate is a modern Product Marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution and understands how AI can fundamentally improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of go-to-market programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Experience leading and developing Product Marketing teams
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, supply chain technology, industrial technology, data platforms, AI, or technical solutions
  • Proven success leading enterprise GTM initiatives and product launches
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and executive-level buyer conversations
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve team productivity, execution quality, and go-to-market outcomes
  • Strong familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing and research workflows
  • Experience applying AI to market analysis, content development, messaging refinement, customer insights, and competitive intelligence
  • Strong understanding of how AI is changing enterprise software buying behavior and GTM execution
  • High degree of curiosity, adaptability, and experimentation with emerging AI and GTM technologies

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, component intelligence, compliance, ERP, PLM, or industrial software markets
  • Familiarity with supply chain risk management, lifecycle intelligence, or electronics/component ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the positioning and messaging for the Supply Chain Intelligence portfolio, including Parts Intelligence, BOM Intelligence, PCN Intelligence, Parts Content Services, Haystack Gold, APIs, integrations, and embedded workflow solutions.
  • Translate complex technical and data capabilities into clear, differentiated business value.
  • Drive category leadership around Supply Chain Intelligence and connected engineering workflows.
  • Build competitive positioning against traditional electronic parts databases, compliance providers, ERP-centric approaches, and emerging AI entrants.
  • Lead GTM planning and launch execution for new products, capabilities, data offerings, integrations, and AI initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap narratives and market readiness.
  • Partner with Demand Gen leadership to create scalable launch frameworks, enablement plans, and adoption programs.
  • Develop segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies across procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, and manufacturing audiences.
  • Help shape vertical and industry GTM strategies across aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial, energy, and manufacturing markets.
  • Equip Sales and SDR teams with messaging, tools, battlecards, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on sales training resources.
  • Partner closely with Revenue leadership to improve conversion, pipeline quality, and win rates.
  • Support strategic enterprise deals and executive-level customer conversations.
  • Help shape packaging, pricing, and commercial narratives with Sales and Finance leadership.
  • Develop value-based messaging around resiliency, disruption reduction, lifecycle management, and operational risk mitigation.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern GTM technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, scalability, and execution speed.
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation and messaging development, competitive and market analysis, persona and ICP research, launch planning and campaign optimization, sales enablement and customer insights, and executive presentations and strategic storytelling.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can remove friction, improve decision-making, and increase organizational leverage.
  • Help establish best practices for AI-enabled Product Marketing workflows across the organization.
  • Build a culture of operational excellence by incorporating AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern marketing tools into day-to-day execution.
  • Lead and mentor a growing Supply Chain Intelligence Product Marketing organization.
  • Establish operational rigor, prioritization, and performance standards.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Develop deep expertise in the supply chain, electronic component intelligence, compliance, and industrial technology landscape.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into roadmap, messaging, and GTM decisions.
  • Monitor macro trends impacting global supply chains, including geopolitical risk, component shortages, regulatory changes, and resiliency initiatives.
