Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital product management, experience design, or platform strategy
  • 5+ years leading product managers or cross‑functional product teams
  • Previous experience owning a portfolio of digital products or enterprise‑level workforce experience solutions
  • Strong understanding of product operating models (Agile, Scrum, OKRs, product discovery)
  • Experience designing or delivering HR / workforce experiences preferred
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data‑driven product design, and analytics integration
  • Proven experience partnering with technology teams to build scalable digital solutions

Responsibilities

  • Set the enterprise product strategy for HR Digital, grounded in user needs, AI enablement, and HR2030 priorities
  • Oversee a global portfolio of HR Digital products and experiences (e.g., My Joining, My Growth, My Pay, My Rewards)
  • Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks that balance value, speed, feasibility, and enterprise impact
  • Drive alignment across HR, Digital, and Technology on long‑term product vision and resourcing
  • Lead and evolve the HR Digital product management operating model (product squads, product owners, backlogs, ceremonies, governance, metrics)
  • Implement product practices such as outcomes‑based roadmapping, discovery sprints, user‑centric design, and hypothesis‑driven experimentation
  • Ensure consistent standards for product definitions, charters, user stories, and value measurement
  • Own the design of end‑to‑end HR experiences across the employee lifecycle, ensuring AI‑enabled, frictionless, intuitive journeys
  • Champion the voice of the user, bringing qualitative and quantitative insights into product decision‑making
  • Partner with Employee Listening to embed continuous feedback loops into the product lifecycle
  • Drive the integration of AI and automation into product experiences, moving from assisted to predictive and intelligent workflows
  • Partner with Data & Intelligence to embed trusted data, analytics, and decision intelligence into product design
  • Ensure responsible AI practices and safeguard frameworks are adhered to across HR Digital products
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure products reflect policy, process, and organizational strategy
  • Collaborate deeply with Product Delivery to ensure roadmap feasibility, sequencing, and value realization
  • Work closely with Technology (JJT) leaders on platform alignment, architecture, security, and scalability
  • Define product success metrics, KPIs, and value frameworks aligned to business outcomes
  • Oversee portfolio‑level reporting, benefits realization, and continuous improvement cycles
  • Translate complex technical and strategic information into clear narratives for functional and business leaders
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of product managers, experience owners, and product operations professionals
  • Build future‑ready capabilities in product thinking, AI fluency, user research, and strategic storytelling
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, empowerment, experimentation, and continuous learning
