The Head of Product Management – HR Digital leads the global Product Management organization responsible for defining and shaping end‑to‑end HR digital experiences. This leader sets the strategy, standards, and operating model for how HR Digital identifies user needs, prioritizes investments, and develops digital solutions that simplify work, reduce friction, and enhance employee experience. This leader oversees the full product lifecycle—from product strategy and experience design through roadmap, prioritization, and value realization. The role leads the product portfolio for moments such as My Joining, My Growth, My Benefits, My Performance, and other enterprise‑wide workforce experiences. Operating within HR Digital’s product‑centric model, this leader partners closely with Product Delivery – to translate vision into execution, Data & Intelligence – to embed data, insights, and AI into products, and JJT Technology partners – to align on platform strategy, architecture, and scalability. This role ensures that HR Digital products are intuitive, AI‑enabled, experience‑driven, and deliver meaningful business outcomes at enterprise scale.
