About The Position

Join the leadership team of a new mobile- and AI-first wealth and retirement advisory platform being launched with major financial institutions and strategic investors. The Head of Product & User Experience will lead user discovery, own the end-user experience and product roadmap, and define what gets built and why. This will be a hands-on startup builder role. As the company scales, the successful candidate will build and lead a world-class Product, Design, and UX organization.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of product leadership experience in consumer digital products, with responsibility across product management, user experience, and design.
  • Prior CPO, Head of Product, VP Product, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience building and leading Product, Design, and UX organizations, including recruiting talent, establishing operating models, and driving cross-functional execution.
  • Demonstrated new product creation and scaling experience, including ownership of product vision, roadmap, user experience, and launch.
  • Startup or new-business creation experience required.
  • Deep expertise in customer discovery, user research, UX design, prototyping, product definition, and requirements management.
  • Technical and AI fluency to partner with engineering, data, and AI teams on personalization, human-AI interaction, and responsible-AI practices.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience measuring engagement and using data to guide product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user research and translate insights into product priorities.
  • Own the experience across channels, including customer journeys, interaction models, and design standards.
  • Own prioritization, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release objectives, and product readiness.
  • Own the user-facing AI experience, including personalization, workflows, and guardrails.
  • Begin as a hands-on product leader, then build the Product, Design, and UX teams and operating disciplines as the company scales.
