Head of Product

The job overview for this role is to lead and develop a talented product team in order to deliver the best cybersecurity training and close the talent gap in the industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about innovation, have a strong understanding of the marketplace and competitors, and be able to translate the product vision into actionable strategies and plans. They will work closely with various teams to gather input, develop the product roadmap, and launch new products and features. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, improving product effectiveness through data analysis and customer feedback, and building a professional product management discipline within the company.

• Develop the product vision to achieve the company vision by understanding the marketplace, audience, users, competitors, and opportunities
• Translate product vision into actionable strategies, executable product plans, and a product roadmap
• Lead the product team in building a learning platform for cybersecurity training with high engagement, easy content discovery, and a delightful learning experience
• Identify opportunities for product growth through innovation while maintaining business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, content, success, sales, and marketing teams to gather input, inform them of the product vision and roadmap, and launch products and features
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to implementation
• Develop efficient processes for product development, prioritize decisions, and launch products
• Define business cases and product requirements for new features
• Use data-driven analysis and customer feedback to measure and improve product effectiveness
• Make strategic trade-offs with the impact on the business as the key context
• Contribute to product pricing and packaging decisions
• Establish and empower a professional product management discipline
• Set cross-company product management processes
• Recruit, hire, grow, and mentor the product team, including product managers and UX designers
