About The Position

Trustpair is hiring a Head of Pre-Sales, USA, for its Revenue Excellence team. This newly created, dual-mandate role supports strategic enterprise deals in North America while strengthening the global pre-sales function. The position is the most senior pre-sales management role and combines hands-on deal support with ownership of methodologies, tooling, and best practices across a three-person team based in the US and Europe. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with US Sales, Implementation, and Product. It is based in New York City, with hybrid presence preferred at approximately two days per week in the office. The role leads pre-sales engagement for strategic North American enterprise opportunities, from discovery through close, and drives continuous improvement in global pre-sales processes, methods, tools, and practices. It partners with Account Executives on complex enterprise deals, serving as a product and deal-strategy partner to help the US team win. In strategic deal execution, the Head of Pre-Sales leads technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and business cases for C-level stakeholders. The role acts as the primary expert on Trustpair’s product, integrations, and value, tailoring the sales narrative to prospects’ environments. It owns proofs of concept end-to-end, including success criteria, resource coordination, progress tracking, and conversion. The role also navigates enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders, ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, and Coupa, treasury management platforms, and consulting firms or system integrators where applicable. It builds relationships with target accounts and strategic partners to support long-term pipeline growth. Globally, the role defines and embeds pre-sales standards across the team, including discovery, qualification, proof-of-concept playbooks, and demonstrations. It partners with the Head of Revenue Excellence on pricing, competitive positioning, and prioritizing new use cases. It turns field insights—such as objections, product gaps, integration challenges, and competitive dynamics—into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership, and maintains integration guides, battle cards, use-case libraries, and product documentation. The role also partners with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to strengthen qualification, deal structure, and close strategy; challenges weak qualification; identifies the right stakeholders; and directs pre-sales resources toward opportunities where they can have the greatest impact. It shares product and integration expertise to improve sales execution and clarify what makes an opportunity winnable. Compensation is listed as a base salary of $150,000–$190,000 and OTE of $200,000–$300,000, depending on seniority and final scope. Trustpair describes itself as an international company in a scaling phase, with an AI-enabled working culture, an inclusive and culturally diverse environment, and opportunities in France and internationally. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country for which they apply, or be a citizen of the Schengen/EU zone; employment eligibility will be verified as a condition of hire.
